Students in Ghana especially JHS students are mandated to write ICT as part of their BECE Exams to enable them gain access to SHS. However most of these students do not have computers in their schools to practice with.As an ICT teacher in SHS and as a social entrepreneur I am advocating for a solution to the problem dubbed 'ICT ON THE WHEEL'.This concept is to pack computers in buses and the drive to rural communities to expose these underprivileged BECE candidates real time computing. I really need like minded people who are so much passionate about bridging the gap in computer literacy to  collaborate with.GOD HELP RURAL FOLKS..........AMEN!
